We launched a hotel project again at the end of 2022. The scene is downtown Budapest, Nagymező street.
The execution phase started in November 2022, right after the tender process. The dismantle went on from November to February, and then the structure works started by the execution team of BMP Építőipari Zrt. Architectural design is made by the Hélis Kft. With plus 2 level the building will be complete of 64 room appropriate for leisure or business travellers even, in the excellent quality of a 4-star hotel. While we try to keep the budget rational, creativity is the priority of the layout, and of course the perfect service of the future guests is a must. For this challenge we are happy to use all of our wide-ranged experience in hotel development from the past years! However the building is not a monument, its history is appealing: after the original construction in 1886 it was a motel already. In addition, the area is part of the UNESCO world heritage. Among all the particular walls of the district we hope that we will be able to not only create a spectacular design but a real new attitude also. This is how #hotelsbyrealiscon goes!
