The logistics center of Ferenczi Holding has been completed.
Construction of the logistics center at Kistarcsa is a project which Realiscon have been conducting from the infrastructure design through the design management , project management and technical supervison until the authorisation process. During this time our team was participating in the development of a sustainable building with the most modern technical service systems. While the Ferenczi Holding showroom is for present the newest samples of premium sanitary products and fittings, the whole building is a great example of modern technologies also. Heat-pump equipment is responsible for tempering the offices, service units and the logistics hall. Working areas are made with high-quality materials and furniture in order to the wellbeing of employees. For the vehicles of clients and suppliers electric chargers are provided. Undoubtedly a perfect prominent project for BREEAM certificate. Not a surprise that we also loved to work here!
