EIT Headquarters – Office Refurbishment, Budapest

The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is an independent body of the European Union, with the mission to strengthen Europe’s innovation potential and create innovation communities. Its Budapest headquarters is located in the Infopark E building, where the office refurbishment was carried out in the summer of 2017.

Realiscon provided technical supervision and tenant representation for the client EIT, with a strong focus on construction quality and meeting the client’s requirements. A key challenge of the project was that the works took place in a continuously operating office building, requiring maximum flexibility and cooperation from all participants to ensure uninterrupted daily operations. In addition, the project was completed within a very short timeframe of just a few months, demanding excellent organization and efficient coordination.
