Focus on Technical Content

Alkotás Point, one of the characteristic office buildings on the Buda side, was completed in 2002. With three wings and a total of 25,700 m² of leasable space, it is a well-known landmark for those arriving in Budapest via the M1-M7 motorways. Our client, Diófa Asset Management, commissioned us to carry out a full technical due diligence prior to a potential property transaction. As part of this process, we documented the architectural and engineering condition of the building in detail, identified potential risks, and provided recommendations for necessary improvements. The aim of the assessment was to ensure that the investor could make a well-founded decision based on precise technical insights.
