Technical Due Diligence for a 4-Star Downtown Hotel

The owner of the nearly 5,000 m² Eurostars Danube Budapest began renovating the property in 2016. Following the completion of the works, in the summer of 2019, we were commissioned by Eurostars Hotel Company to carry out a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD) of the 4-star hotel, located near Andrássy Avenue in Budapest’s historic city centre. Our work included a detailed assessment of the building and its listed surroundings, documentation of the as-built condition, and identification of technical risks and deficiencies. We also provided recommendations for necessary interventions and potential future developments. The assessment was carried out to support a property transaction, where both precision and speed were essential.
