Mill Park, developed by Skanska on Budapest’s Soroksári Road, is a 36,000 sqm Class A office complex with spacious floors, underground parking for 557 cars, and LEED Gold certification.
Unlike our typical role in project management or supervision, Realiscon was commissioned in late 2017 to perform a full RICS-compliant area survey before the project’s completion in early 2018. This ensured that both landlord and tenants had a reliable, transparent, and internationally standardized basis for lease agreements.
