Technical Due Diligence to Support Investment Decisions

In 2017, Diófa Fund Manager, a Hungarian-owned investment company with a strong focus on real estate, commissioned us to carry out a Technical and Operational Due Diligence (TDD) for the planned acquisition of the Huncargo Logistics Park in Sopron. The park consists of three warehouse buildings with a total floor area of 14,200 m² and a storage capacity of 20,000 EUR-pallets.

Our assessment covered the technical condition of the buildings and external areas, as well as the operational performance of the site. We identified deficiencies and proposed corrective measures, while also providing a detailed overview of OPEX and CAPEX costs. This comprehensive evaluation gave our client a solid negotiation basis and a clear understanding of the long-term sustainability of the investment. Since then, we have successfully completed several further projects with Diófa Fund Manager.
