Expanding Production Capacity in Isaszeg

Between 2018 and 2019, TBMI Hungary – the Hungarian subsidiary of the French TBI Groupe – expanded its plastic processing production plant and warehouse in Isaszeg. TBI Groupe specializes in the manufacturing of high-precision plastic components injection moulding, operating several production sites across Europe and North Africa. The development aimed to increase manufacturing output and improve logistics efficiency, supporting the dynamic growth of the international group.

Realiscon provided full project management and technical supervision throughout the entire implementation, from construction preparation to technical handover. Our role included cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management to ensure that the project was delivered within budget and on time. With its successful completion, the expansion strengthened TBMI Hungary’s local operations while contributing to TBI Groupe’s broader European growth strategy.
