Cost-Efficient Modernization

The refurbishment of MVM’s 3,000 m² office building in Szeged began in spring 2021 with design management, followed by execution between February and November 2022. The four-level building’s modernization focused on upgrading its mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring long-term cost-efficient operation.
Alongside technical support, Realiscon provided design management, BREEAM commissioning and technical supervision services. In addition to the cost-effective technical upgrades, the project also reimagined the interiors: a clean, modern design and furnishing created a contemporary working environment. The result is a more sustainable, comfortable, and efficient office building that equally serves functionality and aesthetics.
