Functionality and Prestige Combined in One Development

Ferenczi Holding developed a new logistics park as a greenfield investment in the Kistarcsa Industrial Park, on a nearly 2-hectare site. In the first phase, a 3,600 m² central distribution warehouse and a 1,200 m² high-quality showroom and office building were completed, designed also for representative purposes. The second phase added an 800 m² covered outdoor warehouse to further expand the site’s capacity.
Realiscon was responsible for full project management and technical supervision, from the selection of the designer through project preparation and execution to the completion of permitting procedures. We represented the client towards the municipality, monitored costs, coordinated construction and ensured quality requirements were met. In addition, we prepared the permitting and construction designs for the entire site infrastructure – including stormwater storage and drainage, the fire-water reservoir, potable water supply and wastewater systems – and carried out a review of the conditions required for achieving BREEAM certification.
The result is a modern, environmentally conscious logistics hub with a representative showroom that enhances the long-term growth strategy of Ferenczi Holding.
