A New Chapter in a Proven Partnership

Based on the direct experience gained during our joint work on the Three Corners Avenue Hotel, Belgian developer Three Corners Hotels & Resorts decided to entrust us with the refurbishment and extension of another of their properties, the Three Corners Hotel Anna. This was a special and unequivocal recognition of our professional work — something we are very proud of.
Our commission began with design management in the second quarter of 2023, followed by the start of construction in March 2024. The hotel was fully closed during the works, allowing the refurbishment to progress efficiently without interruption, while keeping to the planned schedule so that the property could reopen to guests as soon as possible.

Transforming spaces, enhancing experiences
The refurbishment affected most of the guest rooms: each space was repainted and refreshed — even those in good condition — to ensure a consistent, upgraded standard. The common areas underwent a more extensive redesign, with modern furnishings and vibrant, trend-inspired solutions creating innovative social spaces. A completely new floor was added to the building, providing additional guest rooms and back-of-house areas.

A blend of design, functionality, and sustainability
Alongside aesthetic and functional improvements, the project also delivered key technical upgrades. The heating and cooling systems in the rear section of the building were modernised, and solar panels were installed on the roof to reduce the property’s environmental footprint. The inner courtyard was fitted with a retractable pergola, allowing the restaurant’s terrace to be used in all weather conditions.
Targeting younger generations of travellers, the refreshed interiors combine contemporary style with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
The Three Corners Hotel Anna received its occupancy permit in March 2025 and now welcomes guests with upgraded services, a more spacious area and a renewed, distinctive ambience.
