Sustainability Across Every Development

HelloParks aims to ensure that its logistics projects meet not only the latest technical requirements but also the highest sustainability standards. Other developments, such as the Páty megapark, have already proven that outstanding BREEAM results are achievable in the logistics sector. The Alsónémedi project follows the same path: within a 135,000 m² park, a 58,000 m² modern logistics hall has been completed, designed to accommodate light industrial activities, assembly operations, and warehousing. Located in Budapest’s southern submarket, at the junction of the M0 and M5 motorways, the facility represents a strategically significant location.
Realiscon was commissioned to provide BREEAM consultancy and to manage the full New Construction certification process. The building has already been completed and handed over, while the certification documentation is currently being finalised. The goal is to achieve the highest Outstanding level, with official confirmation from BRE expected in 2026.
