Series of Renewals – Fast and Precise

Between 2023 and 2025, SPAR Hungary modernized and expanded supermarkets in multiple cities, always with the goal of welcoming customers back as quickly as possible to a modern, safe, and comfortable shopping environment.
Realiscon provided technical supervision on every project, ensuring precise execution. The tight deadlines demanded careful planning and a strong on-site presence.

Each store focused on creating a contemporary setting with sustainable engineering solutions, while each had its own unique features:
Debrecen: A former retail unit was transformed into a new 2,600 m² INTERSPAR hypermarket, SPAR’s first to feature fully digital price labels, 140 parking spaces, and EV charging stations.
Budapest – Hűvösvölgyi út: This 2,500 m² supermarket was fully renewed inside and out to SPAR’s latest design standard, with energy-efficient LED lighting and a CO₂-based cooling system. A new SPAR toGo unit, accessible from outside the store, now offers freshly prepared hot meals.
Miskolc: In just two months, the 976 m² store received upgraded mechanical systems, an energy-efficient electrical and lighting overhaul, full façade cleaning, and a complete interior facelift.
Ócsa: The sales area now features energy-saving LED lighting and a new CO₂-based cooling system, while the refreshed façade, new furnishings, and updated checkout area enhance the customer experience.
Nyíregyháza: Located in the downtown Korzó building, this supermarket was expanded by integrating two adjacent retail units. Its city-centre setting required careful scheduling and strict control of noise and dust emissions.
Ajka: The 838 m² store underwent a full interior renovation, adding energy-efficient LED lighting, a CO₂-based cooling system, and rooftop solar panels to meet modern sustainability standards.

All projects were completed on schedule, delivering SPAR stores of high technical quality that operate sustainably and provide a comfortable, safe shopping experience for customers.
