U.S. Embassy Budapest
DESIGN PROGRAM AND RECONSTRUCTION
Complex Project under Highest Security Standards
At the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Realiscon was commissioned in two consecutive phases: first for design coordination, and later for the technical supervision of construction works. The complexity and challenge of the projects stem from the need to comply with strict security requirements—particularly diplomatic security standards—while designing and implementing new functions within an already developed, high-traffic environment. The work required efficient organization, precise documentation, and maximum security, all of which we consistently delivered.
Phase 1 – Design Works (2019–2024)
During this phase, our role was to coordinate the detailed design process, ensuring full compliance with international OBO standards, internal embassy requirements, and Hungarian regulations.
Phase 2 – Technical Supervision (2024–2026)
In the implementation phase, we provided independent technical supervision of the embassy’s renovation works. Construction carried out under strict security protocols and during continuous operation required careful coordination and adaptability to ensure uninterrupted embassy functions. Technical supervision demanded regular on-site presence, strict adherence to scheduling, and documentation in line with U.S. requirements.
