HelloParks Páty, one of the flagship projects of HelloParks – member of the Futureal Group – is a logistics megapark located along the M1 motorway near Budapest. Developed in four phases, it will deliver over 180,000 m² of state-of-the-art logistics space, each warehouse designed to achieve BREEAM New Construction Outstanding certification in line with EU Taxonomy requirements.
Realiscon was entrusted with BREEAM consultancy and the full New Construction assessment process, covering both the design and construction stages. Our mission is to ensure that every technical, environmental and operational detail contributes to the project’s ambitious sustainability goals.

Exceptional results
The outcomes so far speak for themselves:
PT1 – 58,000 m²: Achieved Outstanding with 92.4%, the highest BREEAM score in Hungary to date.
PT2 – 42,000 m²: Achieved Outstanding – and accomplished without a single clarification or resubmission required.
PT3 – 42,000 m²: Achieved Outstanding, ranked among Hungary’s top three results
PT5 – 42,000 m²: Certification process ongoing, with every reason to expect another top-level result.
