The Kenese Bay Garden (4-star superior), operated by Accent Hotels, has expanded its accommodation capacity in Balatonkenese with four new apartments located in a separate building. As part of the development, a former post office building near the hotel was converted into guest accommodation, creating approximately 200 sqm of additional space.
The new apartments are located close to the Parti sétány promenade and offer a greater level of privacy than traditional hotel accommodation. At the same time, guests continue to enjoy convenient access to the hotel’s services, including the wellness facilities, restaurant, bar, and direct connection to the shores of Lake Balaton.
On behalf of Accent Hotels, Realiscon provided tenant technical representation services throughout the project. Our role included ensuring that operational requirements were properly reflected during implementation, representing the client’s interests, and supporting ongoing professional coordination between the owner and the contractor. The objective was to ensure that the new apartments would integrate efficiently into the hotel’s operations and support high-quality guest services over the long term.
