The first residents will soon move into Epres Liget Residential Park in Debrecen, as the first six buildings have already received their occupancy permit while construction of the following phases continues.

Developed by BayerProperty on a former military site, the new residential district will deliver 77 apartments in its first phase, followed by more than 350 additional homes in the upcoming development stages.

Realiscon contributed to the project during the preparation phase. Our scope included the design and permitting of waterutility networks, roads and public lighting infrastructure, together with several related public-space elements. This included the design of the parking area serving a medical centre, modifications to a roundabout, and the planning of safe pedestrian and cycling connections linking the new neighbourhood to the surrounding urban area.

It is always rewarding to see infrastructure plans evolve into a functioning and growing community.
