Construction of H₂Offices Phase II, developed by Skanska on Budapest’s Váci Corridor, is progressing steadily towards its planned completion in early 2027. Following the topping-out ceremony in April, work has continued across several areas of the project, from building systems and internal works to landscaping and external infrastructure.

The 22,200 sqm office building represents the second phase of the three-building H₂Offices complex. Construction began in autumn 2024, continuing the development of a modern office environment that combines architectural quality, sustainable solutions, responsible energy management and user wellbeing.

The project is targeting several internationally recognised certifications, including LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, Access4you Gold, WiredScore and SmartScore, reflecting Skanska’s commitment to high environmental and building performance standards.

By September, construction had reached another visible stage of progress, with the second of the three tower cranes dismantled. Inside the building, work is progressing on the lobby in accordance with tenant requirements, while mechanical equipment and electrical systems are being commissioned. Resin flooring is also being installed in the underground car park.

Outside, landscaping works are underway, including the construction of walkways, seating areas and the garden pond. At the same time, road connections to Dózsa György út and Angyalföldi út are taking shape, gradually integrating the new building into its surrounding urban infrastructure.

Realiscon contributes to the project through technical supervision, LEED commissioning and LEED advisory services. Our work supports the implementation of the project’s technical and sustainability requirements, with particular attention to the performance and commissioning of building systems.
