Dávid JAKAB MRICS
Founder, Managing Partner
Dávid has over twenty years of experience in real estate development and project management. He began his career on the contracting side, later gaining extensive expertise in both developer and consultancy roles — giving him a comprehensive understanding of the perspectives of all parties involved in the construction process. A chartered structural engineer by training, he is a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
In 2016, he co-founded Realiscon with the vision of creating a professional environment where strategic thinking, technical expertise and responsible leadership work in harmony. In his work, Dávid always keeps the bigger picture in focus while shaping and directing the details to ensure they consistently serve the overall goal.
For Dávid, leadership is about systems thinking, informed decision-making and an unwavering commitment to professional excellence. His approach is guided by the conviction that successful projects are achieved through a precise balance between vision and execution.

Zsolt HINTENBERGER MRICS, PMP
Founder, Managing Partner
Over the course of more than twenty-five years, Zsolt has gained extensive experience across almost every field of engineering and real estate development. He has worked on infrastructure construction projects, as well as on building developments, serving in contractor, developer and consultancy roles. He has held a PMP certification since 2009 and has been a member of the RICS since 2014.
His international experience and multilingual (English, Italian, German, Spanish) background add significant depth to his professional perspective — he worked in Germany, lived in Italy, and contributed to the development of four embassy buildings in Budapest.
In 2016, together with Dávid Jakab, Zsolt co-founded Realiscon with the aim of creating a professional community where highly qualified engineers collaborate as equals in a value-based team, united by shared goals. For Zsolt, this is not merely a corporate vision but a personal commitment.
Zsolt is a dedicated advocate of sustainable real estate development and a committed environmentalist. He is also a member of the Hungarian Ornithological and Nature Conservation Society and regularly takes part in habitat research expeditions to the Danube Delta, Albania and Greece.

András KRÁNICZ
Technical Director
András’s expertise and career have developed much like a building itself — progressing from strong foundations toward increasingly complex perspectives. With more than twenty years of experience, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of real estate development from the construction, project management, development and property management sides alike.
He joined Realiscon in 2017, the year after the company’s foundation, initially as a Senior Project Manager. Since then, he has contributed to a wide range of developments — including hotels, industrial and logistics facilities, public buildings, offices and retail spaces, as well as unique projects such as the concept design of a motor racing circuit. Since 2025, he has served as Realiscon’s Technical Director.
With his broad professional background and systemic mindset, András is one of the key pillars of Realiscon’s technical expertise. His constructive, solution-oriented approach ensures effective support for complex development projects and confident management of technical challenges.

Tímea FAZEKAS MRICS
Business Growth Lead
Tímea graduated as a landscape architect specialising in regional development, later completing postgraduate studies in architecture and earning qualifications as a certified real estate valuer and FIDIC contract specialist. She joined Realiscon in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager and, since 2025, has been leading the company’s Business Development division.
With experience on the authority, financial, investor, construction and design sides, she approaches every project with a comprehensive understanding and a strategic mindset.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience in the permitting of industrial and commercial developments, as well as in retail network expansion and the planning, preparation and implementation of financial branch projects.
At Realiscon, she contributes to the preparation and delivery of hotel, office, urban district and landscape developments in both new-build and heritage contexts.
Tímea believes that responsible real estate development must be environmentally conscious — a sustainability-focused property strategy enhances both asset value and user experience.

Péter ROMÁN
Head of Water Engineering & Infrastructure
Péter is a civil engineer with a master’s degree specialising in water supply and sewerage. He has been part of the Realiscon team since 2021, where his work focuses on responsible approaches to water and infrastructure, as well as sustainable urban development. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in water management engineering to integrate modern strategies for addressing water scarcity, flooding and the effects of climate change into his professional practice.
Throughout his career, Péter has gained experience across design, construction and operation. At Budapest Urban Planning Ltd., he worked on the utility and infrastructure chapters of building regulations, later serving as site and pre-construction engineer at a road and utility construction company. His operational experience at the South Pest Water Utility Service further strengthened his practical perspective.
At Realiscon, he contributes to a wide range of projects – including blue–green infrastructure and wetland design, port development, and utility and road planning for brownfield regeneration projects. His strong problem-solving ability, practical mindset and creative approach ensure that his designs are both functional and innovative.

Enikő KLUHA
Head of Sustainability
Enikő is a key member of Realiscon’s sustainability team, with comprehensive expertise in green building certifications and building energy analysis. As a qualified BREEAM International New Construction, BREEAM International Refurbishment & Fit-out, BREEAM Communities Assessor, and BREEAM Advisory Professional, she leads sustainability assessments across a wide range of development types, ensuring that environmental considerations are integrated throughout every stage of design and construction.
In addition to her degree in architecture, Enikő holds qualifications in project management and facility energy engineering. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in BREEAM, LEED and WELL certifications, and spent a year in Australia working on the design and construction of residential buildings. She joined Realiscon in 2021 and has been leading the sustainability division since 2025.
Enikő believes that in the era of climate change, shaping the built environment must be approached responsibly, with energy efficiency and environmental awareness at its core. She is convinced that sustainability is a shared responsibility of all stakeholders in the construction industry.

Ákos MARX MRICS
Head of Technical Services
Ákos joined Realiscon in 2017 and, since 2025, has been leading the company’s Technical Services division. After earning his degree in architecture, he spent nine years in general contracting as a site engineer, followed by several years managing projects and performing technical supervision on behalf of investors.
Over his twenty-five-year career, he has contributed to developments across multiple asset classes — including, among others, office projects, an embassy building, industrial halls, hotels, residential schemes and a healthcare facility. His experience spans both new-build construction and the revitalisation of heritage properties. Precision and technical excellence are core values for Ákos – colleagues often turn to him for advice on engineering matters, confident that he will help guide them toward effective solutions.
Even outside of work, he maintains a keen interest in architectural and technical innovation. He believes that the foundation of every successful project lies in accurate, technically grounded preparation and in clearly defined, well-structured development goals. For Ákos, Realiscon’s true strength is that this mindset and expertise are shared across the entire team.

Róbert KENDE
Head of Project Management
Róbert joined Realiscon in 2021 and, since September 2025, has been leading the company’s Project Management division. From Realiscon’s Debrecen office, he oversees projects across Eastern Hungary, ranging from the development of four-star city hotels to large-scale landscape programmes that promote biodiversity.
He began his career as an architect at a general design practice, where he was involved in the design of residential buildings, logistics halls, industrial facilities and sports complexes, often managing several projects simultaneously. A key professional milestone was his involvement from the outset in the Hilton Garden Inn development, where, in addition to managing construction, he played an active role in brand selection and in achieving the hotel’s LEED certification — a rare accomplishment in Hungary in 2023.
Róbert holds LEED Green Associate and LCA Life Cycle Assessment accreditations, which he applies across all projects, recognising that sustainability considerations are now a fundamental expectation. His thorough, analytical thinking and strategic approach ensure that the projects he leads are transparent, well-structured and sustainably delivered.

Anett BIRÓ
Senior Project Manager
Anett is a qualified architect and real estate development specialist with experience across multiple fields of real estate development — including construction, design, and project management. Early in her career, she worked as a technical coordinator on residential developments, later leading architectural projects as a senior designer.
She joined Realiscon in 2021, where her main focus is project management, alongside contributing to the preparation of technical due diligence (TDD) reports. Her project portfolio includes hotels, industrial and educational facilities, heritage renovation, blue–green infrastructure developments, and water and utility infrastructure projects, covering both planning and execution phases.
Anett complemented her architectural degree with a Real Estate Development Specialist qualification from Corvinus University. This background enables her to perform return-on-investment analyses using discounted cash flow (DCF) modelling during the early stages of development — supporting clients in making informed investment decisions.

Gábor KRÁNICZ
Senior Project Manager
Gábor holds MSc and BSc degrees in Infrastructure and Water Management Engineering, along with professional licenses as a Responsible Technical Director, Technical Supervisor, and Hydraulic Design Engineer. He joined Realiscon in 2020 with substantial experience and strong technical expertise in infrastructure engineering, which he continues to expand through diverse assignments. He has worked on both domestic and international projects, gaining experience in public and private sector developments alike.
Early in his career, he contributed to hydraulic and hydrological impact studies and hydrodynamic modelling related to the expansion of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant. He later managed the full development and implementation of a small hydroelectric power plant, followed by several years of work on the reconstruction of a water treatment system at a gas turbine power plant in Libya. At Realiscon, he is involved in both civil and structural engineering projects, providing technical support for office buildings, residential developments, logistics and commercial facilities, as well as port and infrastructure works.
Gábor believes that systems thinking and a focus on efficiency are equally essential in individual work and in leading complex projects.

Zsuzsanna KOCSIS
Senior Cost Manager
Zsuzsanna holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Economic Engineering, and is certified in Life Cycle Costing and Assessment (LCC, LCA). Her thirty-eight years of diverse professional experience span investor, contractor and project management roles. Since 2019, she has been a key member of Realiscon’s cost consultancy and project management team.
She spent 15 years on the contractor side as a project engineer in structural and civil engineering projects, followed by 11 years with a UK project management company as a quantity surveyor on office and mixed-use developments. Later, she supervised the construction of Kutaisi International Airport in Georgia on behalf of the client as a technical inspector and cost expert. She also worked as Head of Procurement at an international developer and as a quantity surveyor and claims manager on the CEU campus project in Budapest.
At Realiscon, her work includes cost estimation, tender management, LCC and LCA analyses, and other cost consultancy and quantity surveying tasks supporting project preparation.
Zsuzsanna believes a good cost expert must be thorough yet able to see the whole system — combining structured thinking, cross-disciplinary knowledge and extensive professional experience.

Nándor KOVÁCS
Chief Mechanical Engineer
Nándor joined Realiscon’s technical team in 2025, bringing extensive expertise in building services engineering and technical management. He holds a degree in Building Services Engineering and a postgraduate qualification as a Facility Energy Engineer. Throughout his career, he has gained comprehensive experience across all phases of the profession — from design and cost planning to tendering, site supervision and project delivery.
He began his career as a site engineer, later working as a building services engineer on complex projects before moving into procurement and management roles. As the lead mechanical engineer at a major Hungarian developer and contractor, he was responsible for conceptual design, design review, budgeting, and coordinating technical handover processes. His professional background covers a wide range of asset classes, including spas, office buildings, logistics and production halls, hotels, and shopping centres.
For Nándor, building services engineering is more than a profession — it is a passion. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to innovation, he continuously seeks new, efficient and sustainable solutions to enhance the performance of the built environment.

Gergely SASVÁRI
Senior Technical Supervisor
Gergely joined Realiscon in 2023, where he applies his expertise as both an architect and certified building insulation engineer, drawing on extensive experience in design, construction, and technical supervision.
Over his 25-year professional career, he has worked as a designer in architectural studios and as an independent practitioner, while also gaining substantial experience in construction. Over time, his focus increasingly shifted towards technical solutions, developing a strong specialisation in building envelope and waterproofing systems. As a technical supervisor, he has overseen the construction of residential, office, public, industrial, commercial, and educational buildings.
Gergely is a key member of Realiscon’s technical supervision team. His strength lies in his ability to interpret technical challenges within a broader project context while maintaining a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. He speaks Hungarian, English, and German.

Katalin JÓZSA
Project Manager, Zero Carbon Ambassador
Katalin holds a degree in Architecture, complemented by certifications in Construction Cost Estimation and Cost Analysis, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional credential. She is a member of the Hungarian Green Building Council (HuGBC), where she actively contributes to the EU Taxonomy Working Group and serves as a Zero Carbon Ambassador.
She joined Realiscon in 2019, initially supporting project coordination before gradually focusing on sustainability-related assignments. After completing the USGBC’s international accredited program, she earned her LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction qualification in 2021.
As a member of Realiscon’s Green Team, she provides LEED consultancy and contributes to sustainability studies related to green certifications and EU Taxonomy compliance, as well as to analyses for energy retrofit projects.
Believing that sustainability is an integral part of everyday life — whether consciously or not — she emphasises the importance of structured, professionally grounded green certification systems as the key to achieving measurable, financially viable, and socially responsible results.

Borbála KÉSZ
Senior Project Manager
Borbála holds an MBA in Economics and an MSc in Architecture, complemented by qualifications as an Investment Project Manager and Technical Supervisor. She began her professional career during her university years. In her project management work, she effectively combines her multidisciplinary background — integrating her economic and technical education with practical experience gained on both the client and technical sides — resulting in a comprehensive and balanced professional approach.
Early in her career, she worked on mixed-use developments encompassing commercial, office and residential functions. She later gained valuable experience on the investor side, overseeing the design and construction of two Budapest hotels for a Spanish developer.
Borbála joined Realiscon in 2021 and has since been involved in hotel, residential and educational developments. She continues to apply her investor-oriented mindset to project preparation, decision-making support and risk management.
A native Hungarian speaker, she is fluent in English and Romanian, and speaks Spanish and French at an intermediate level. She believes that sustainability is far more than a series of “green decisions” — when applied with expertise, it can meaningfully enhance profitability.

Péter KULCSÁR-ELEK
Senior Project Manager
Péter has been part of the Realiscon team since 2019. As a Senior Project Manager, he primarily leads complex development and construction projects from concept to completion. His experience covers a wide range of investment scales, including the creation of a university campus in Vienna, the transformation of a listed heritage building into a four-star hotel, and the development of a residential property. He is also actively involved in technical due diligence (TDD) and interior fit-out projects.
He began his career in Germany on the construction side, then spent eight years with Lindner’s sales division in Hungary, where he advanced to Head of Sales. He later continued his career on the developer and investor sides — at Erste Group as Project Manager and subsequently Asset Manager, and at MOL as Project Engineer.
Péter places great importance on consistently representing client interests throughout every phase of real estate development. His combined background in engineering and economics, together with his experience across investor, contractor and project management roles, enables him to lead projects with transparency, technical rigour and a value-driven mindset.

Dóra PLÁJER
Senior Sustainability Manager, Zero Carbon Ambassador
Dóra is a certified architect with BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM Advisory Professional qualifications. She has been part of the Realiscon team almost since its foundation, joining in 2017 and now serving as Senior Sustainability Manager. Since 2021, she has also been Vice President of the Hungary Green Building Council (HuGBC) and a Zero Carbon Ambassador.
After earning her degree, she worked on the Budapest Olympic Bid project as a designer and junior coordinator. At Realiscon, she initially contributed to real estate project management before specialising, from 2018 onwards, in sustainability consulting and BREEAM certification projects.
For Dóra, sustainability is both a profession and a personal commitment. Beyond her project work, she is actively engaged in professional communities and educational initiatives, promoting a broader understanding of sustainable construction and its long-term value. She believes that credible building certification systems create more than measurable results — they foster genuine value by delivering built environments that balance economic efficiency, human well-being and environmental responsibility.

Beáta NAGY
Senior Project Manager
Bea holds a degree in Architecture and is a licensed Technical Supervisor and Responsible Technical Manager. Her diverse professional background spans architecture, regulatory administration and construction management. She joined Realiscon in 2022 and has since been a key member of the company’s Debrecen office.
Earlier in her career, she worked at an architectural studio and later at a building authority, where she served as case officer and member of the architectural design review board. She then spent ten years with a construction company, managing the development of office buildings, residential properties and industrial facilities – first as a project coordinator, later as a project manager responsible for the full implementation process, including property sales.
At Realiscon, Bea manages and supervises projects at the Debrecen office, covering hotel, industrial and other real estate developments. For her, construction is not just a profession but a vocation. She values harmony with the built environment and finds fulfillment in seeing a building come to life – from the design phase to turnkey completion.

Sándor KOVÁCS
Senior Project Manager
Sándor holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Technical Supervisor and Responsible Technical Manager. In addition to his project management expertise, he has experience in general contracting, facility management, and energy-efficient design for residential buildings. Having worked in both Hungary and Ireland, he brings valuable international experience to Realiscon’s project management team.
Throughout his twenty-year career, Sándor has been involved in numerous large-scale developments, including the construction of two 100 MW gas-fired power plants under FIDIC contracts, the renovation of stations along Budapest Metro Line M2, and several cultural, educational, sports, retail, and industrial projects. He contributed to the Phase 2 construction of the U.S. Embassy in Budapest and spent five years in facility management at Liszt Ferenc International Airport, where he oversaw the rehabilitation of runway and taxiway infrastructure and the energy-efficient refurbishment of maintenance hangars.
For Sándor, responsible thinking is the foundation of engineering. He believes that we have no right to exhaust the resources entrusted to us — as engineers, we owe accountability to the generations that follow.

Emese GYURICZA
Cost Manager
Emese joined Realiscon in early 2025. She completed her high school studies in Pennsylvania and earned her degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she studied on a basketball scholarship. Sports have played a defining role in shaping her mindset — perseverance, focus and team spirit continue to characterize her professional approach. As a center, she learned to see the full picture on the court – a skill that now supports her in project planning and coordination.
After graduation, she spent three years at a construction company, working on large-scale civil engineering projects — including wastewater and sewer infrastructure developments — where she focused on public procurement and project preparation. Later, she turned her attention to building construction, taking on tender preparation and cost management responsibilities at a fit-out company, primarily on office projects, including the U.S. Embassy in Budapest and the Ghraoui Chocolate Salon. Subsequently, she joined a developer’s construction division, where she participated in the technical preparation of the Biodome complex development.
Emese believes that while our influence may only extend to our immediate surroundings, every decision should reflect an understanding of the broader context.

Csaba SZÉKELY
Chief Electrical Engineer
Csaba is a chartered electrical engineer with twenty years of experience in the construction and hospitality industries. Over the course of his career, he has worked on the project management, facility management and client sides alike, gaining hands-on experience as a technical supervisor, project manager and technical director. This diversity of roles has not only expanded his expertise but also shaped his perspective: he believes that buildings are created for people, and that usability and maintainability must be integral to the engineering mindset from the very beginning of construction.
For more than a decade, Csaba held the position of Technical Director, working with partners such as Hilton Budapest City, Morgan Stanley Hungary and Crowne Plaza Budapest. He has extensive professional knowledge in building electrical systems and electrical safety inspections. He spent a short period in the United Kingdom as a project manager on assignment from a company specialising in the design, construction and operation of low and medium-voltage networks.
Csaba’s approach to sustainability is equally consistent — to operate a building efficiently and responsibly over the long term, it must first be built with the same mindset.

Anna GEÖNCZEÖL
Sustainability Coordinator
Anna joined Realiscon Green Team in 2024. As a Sustainability Coordinator, she supports BREEAM assessment and consultancy projects. Alongside her work, she is completing a postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering to complement her practical experience with advanced theoretical knowledge.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a project preparation engineer at a construction company, then joined an architectural practice where she contributed to residential building design. At Realiscon, she is involved in an increasingly diverse range of sustainability tasks — including BREEAM New Construction certifications for logistics halls, LCA and LCC life cycle assessments, and the preparation of indoor air quality plans and transport studies as part of a hotel BREEAM Refurbishment certification. She also contributes to demographic and economic studies and consultation plans for a new urban district project within the BREEAM Communities framework.
Anna believes the construction and operation sectors bear significant responsibility for global CO₂ emissions. For her, sustainability is not an added feature but a long-term investment that delivers both social and financial value.

Dániel SZŰCS
Project Engineer
Dániel holds a degree in Architecture from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and completed a scholarship program at Politecnico di Torino, where he studied Architecture for Heritage.
He joined Realiscon in 2025, where he supports the coordination and documentation processes of various projects as a Project Engineer. His responsibilities include defining, assigning, and scheduling project tasks, coordinating with authorities and utility providers, and assisting in permitting procedures.
Before joining Realiscon, he worked at the Building Quality Control and Innovation Nonprofit Ltd., where he gained experience as an architect and project coordinator. His work focused on subcontractor coordination, project preparation, and overseeing quality assurance processes, including the renovation and adaptation of heritage buildings.
Dániel approaches his work with precision, systematic thinking, and consistency. He believes that the foundation of a successful project lies not only in trust, but also in accurate supervision and well-structured processes.

Dorottya DUZSIK
Project Manager
Dorottya earned her master’s degree in architecture in 2022. She began her career as an interior designer, later gaining experience on the investor side before joining Realiscon in 2024. Within the project team, she contributes to project preparation and permitting, and her technical knowledge and thoroughness make her highly effective in design management tasks.
Earlier in her career, she gained experience in contract management, building and special permitting, as well as the design of residential and commercial buildings.
Dorottya’s open personality and strong communication skills enable her to collaborate easily and effectively with colleagues and partner companies. Her architectural background and practical experience provide valuable support to the project teams she works with.

Back Office Manager
Tímea plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and well-organised operation of Realiscon’s back office. She oversees the company’s administrative and financial processes — from procurement and invoicing to office management and internal coordination — making sure that every background task supports the professional work of the project teams.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience across several sectors, including finance, education and corporate services, which allows her to understand and adapt to diverse operational structures and business needs. Her professional background covers administrative management, financial process support and HR coordination.

Project Manager, BREEAM Assessor
Tamara joined Realiscon in 2023 as a Project Manager. In addition to her civil engineering degree, she earned her BREEAM In-Use International New Assessor qualification in 2024, enabling her to integrate sustainability principles throughout every stage of a project.
Before joining Realiscon, she gained experience on both the construction and development sides, which allows her to understand and address client needs — including complex and bespoke requirements — with precision and care. She has been involved in the preparation and technical coordination of large-scale developments, overseeing tender procedures, evaluating bids, and supporting contract negotiations.
At Realiscon, she has worked on hotel, residential and public building developments, as well as on the creation of an aviation training centre. A passionate long-distance runner, Tamara brings the same endurance and long-term mindset to her professional life as she does to her sport. She believes that engineers carry a responsibility to help shape a greener, cleaner future — a commitment she pursues with enthusiasm and integrity in every project she leads.

Gábor holds a degree in Architecture as well as qualifications as a Building Construction Technician and Electrician. Following his studies, he soon developed a strong interest in the practical aspects of building implementation and construction processes.
After obtaining his diploma, he worked for a year in the field of architecture as a junior designer before gaining experience as a project coordinator and project manager on residential, hotel and hospitality developments. In his early career, he was involved in the preparation and verification of cost comparisons and quantity take-offs, coordination of design modifications, management of permitting processes, and preparation of contracts and project schedules. As a project manager, he further broadened his expertise by overseeing contracting processes, preparing cost and time schedules, and compiling technical and financial reports.
Gábor’s work is guided by consistency and a strong focus on execution. He believes that achieving real results requires more than defining goals — it demands concrete actions, as the true value of any plan lies in its successful implementation.

Miklós VARGA
Technical Supervisor
Miklós is a certified civil engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of building and infrastructure projects, from structural works to full-scale construction projects.
Early in his professional journey, he gained diverse and valuable experience — completing a three-month internship at the Danish Railways’ geotechnical department, followed by working as a site engineer on the construction of the M0 bridge in Hungary.
At Realiscon, Miklós works as a Technical Supervisor, overseeing the execution and technical compliance of various real estate developments, including office buildings, hotels, logistics centres and retail facilities.
He is a certified structural engineer and licensed technical inspector for building, civil, road and bridge construction, as well as a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
Miklós believes that every well-designed and well-executed development should not only meet the highest technical standards but also operate responsibly and sustainably throughout its lifetime.

György BOJDA
Project Manager, Site Manager
György joined Realiscon’s project management team in 2024. With nearly two decades of professional experience, he has worked in general contracting, building materials manufacturing, and real estate project management, both in Hungary and Germany.
His dedication and perseverance are evident from the fact that his professional journey began already during his university years. Early in his career, he founded and managed his own general contracting company for ten years, leading complex projects such as the full renovation of the Cologne City Hall and the Hungarian Central Statistical Office’s (KSH) heritage building. Later, as head of a concrete plant, he gained valuable insights into materials and production technologies before returning to construction management, where he oversaw brownfield developments, residential projects, and heritage restoration works.
For three years, he managed multiple residential developments simultaneously, handling overall project coordination as well as client relations and the delivery of individual design requests.
György’s strength lies in his calm, solution-oriented communication style, which enables effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders throughout every phase of a project.

Andrea PATAKI
Senior Technical Supervisor
Andrea is a certified civil engineer, building master specialist, and licensed technical inspector. She is a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers and the Association of Master Builders. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in project management, construction supervision, production control, and water utility construction.
She began her career in building envelope and interior construction works, later gaining extensive experience in general contracting as a site manager and subsequently as a chief construction manager. Following her qualification as a building master specialist, she has spent the past two decades focusing primarily on project management and technical supervision roles.
Andrea has been involved in the construction of hotels, industrial facilities, residential buildings, and office developments. Her work is defined by a strong sense of professional responsibility and a solutions-oriented mindset — she consistently strives to ensure that every project is executed to the highest technical standards.

Sára TIRALLA
Back Office Assistant
Sára is a reliable and dedicated member of Realiscon’s administrative team. Her responsibilities include supporting daily office operations, managing documentation, assisting in the preparation of financial and administrative processes, coordinating external events, and contributing to marketing activities.
She previously gained experience in administrative and back-office roles, where she coordinated the financial and organisational tasks of multiple parallel projects. Her background in the service sector, including experience in a leadership position, further strengthened her organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Sára’s calm, precise and kindly assertive approach makes her an essential part of the office operations. She consistently ensures that every administrative and background process runs smoothly and is completed accurately and on time.

Ádám KIRÁLY
Site Manager
Ádám holds a degree in civil engineering. He has extensive experience as a site manager, having worked on the construction of industrial halls, warehouses, public buildings and hotels. His professional background covers greenfield developments, building renovations and projects carried out in heritage-protected environments.
A defining period of his career was the twelve years he spent at one of Hungary’s leading construction and building material manufacturing companies, where he worked as a Project Coordinator and Site Manager. During this time, he contributed to several landmark developments, including the Liszt Ferenc International Airport – SkyCourt and Terminal 2A renovation, the LEGO High-Bay Warehouse, the Hankook Factory Phase III, the NATO Air Base in Pápa, and the Procter & Gamble manufacturing facility. He later continued his career as a site manager on public building and hotel developments, gaining further experience in heritage renovation projects.
Ádám is action-oriented and thrives in the dynamic rhythm of on-site work. He values the direct connection with the buildings he helps bring to life, appreciating the process through which a structure takes shape step by step — through disciplined coordination and precise execution.

Anna BERECZKI
Project Manager
Anna is a qualified architect and certified urban planner specialising in sustainable urban design. She joined Realiscon in 2022, where she primarily applies her expertise in urban planning and development. She contributed to the landscape and water engineering design of a new urban park developed on a 36-hectare underutilised brownfield site, focusing on blue–green infrastructure and ecological renewal.
Previously, she took part in preparing the 132-hectare Budapest Southern City Gate sustainable district masterplan and managed an architectural design competition for the revitalisation of a listed market hall, later contributing to its adaptive reuse design.
Anna believes that urban sustainability is more than a professional goal – by designing livable cities, we can inspire future residents to embrace a more conscious and sustainable lifestyle.

Marcell LŐRINCZ
Infrastructure Project Manager
Marcell is a qualified civil engineer specialising in infrastructure development, with a focus on road and railway engineering. He joined the Realiscon team in 2025 to strengthen our growing infrastructure planning team.
Throughout his career, he has gained substantial experience in road and utility infrastructure projects, public procurement procedures, and both public- and private-sector developments. He has been involved in large-scale transport infrastructure schemes, including motorway and primary road construction projects, as well as the preparation and delivery of industrial and institutional developments. His responsibilities have regularly included schedule and cost control, preparation of monthly progress reports, and coordination with authorities, clients, engineering consultants and subcontractors.
Marcell’s work is defined by structured thinking, consistency and a strong sense of responsibility in project delivery. He places particular emphasis on managing complex technical and organisational tasks through transparent systems and clearly defined processes, providing a solid foundation for the successful implementation of projects.
