Construction is progressing on the expansion of Ceva Phylaxia’s veterinary vaccine manufacturing facility in Monor. The project will increase manufacturing capacity through the construction of approximately 8,000 sqm of new production space, including a new production building and a dedicated utility building.
The construction site ground breaking at the end of 2024, and Realiscon joined in May 2026 to provide technical supervision services for the ongoing construction works.
The new facility is designed for veterinary vaccine production and includes pharmacutical cleanroom areas, where technical precision, coordinated execution and strict quality control are essential.
With structural works completed, construction has now entered the interior fit-out phase, including building services installations and the development of the cleanroom areas. We are proud to contribute to a complex industrial project where engineering quality ultimately supports animal health.
