Attractive building with high-leveled services: the new, giant gem of the Corvin Innovation Campus phase I. is completed!
Realiscon was in charge for the technical supervision of the project, and proudly participated in this special job to build together such an amazing place! Relaxation and training room, library is available for individual and community self-care purposes of the users of the building on the ground floor. In the inner patio there is a park with rest zone. The building is not only prepared for the human workers but their pawsy partners also: dog-friendly services waiting for them inside and outside. Plus, another new public park was created in front of the building by the investor. On the underground levels there are electric car chargers, bicycle service point, changing room and shower room. And since the whole unit was designed to be contactless where possible, during we are accessing one part of the building from another, it is easy to stay safe thanks to the modern automatic systems. Of course, these all services are demanding significant sources of energy: they got it from the building’s own solar panels, rainwater collectors and other sustainable solutions. The future is here!
