BREEAM Outstanding for HelloParks Páty PT2

We are proud to announce that HelloParks’ new logistics warehouse in Páty (PT2 hall) has received one of the most prestigious sustainability recognitions: an “Outstanding” certificate under the BREEAM New Construction scheme.

This achievement places the project in the top three in Hungary, and uniquely, no additional comments or modifications were required to obtain the certification. While “no comment” is not always good news, in this case it stands as an exceptional testament to the quality and performance of the development carried out together with HelloParks.

Realiscon was responsible for the BREEAM certification process, ensuring that the project achieved the highest qualification fully aligned with EU Taxonomy requirements. Logistics facilities rarely target such an advanced level of sustainable operation, but HelloParks – the logistics development company of the Futureal Group – is committed to creating next-generation work environments.

The PT2 hall is the second phase of a four-phase development, part of a 384,000 m² megapark located near the M1 motorway. Realiscon’s assignment covers the certification of both design and construction phases under the BREEAM New Construction framework. We are working closely with the developer and its design and construction partners to validate all BREEAM aspects.

The first phase of the park is also pursuing BREEAM certification at the same high level, with our cooperation. Results are expected soon – and we are eager to see another strong outcome.
