Realiscon local office team proudly leads the construction of the first countryside Hilton Garden Inn of Hungary.
The building just reached its highest point where the future skybar will provide an exceptional view to the historical city area. The brand opening was announced this week at a ceremony by the investor, Tetrecen Kft. representative and the Hilton’s Eastern-European development director. As Tetrecen’s representative highlighted, the goal is to create a hotel which honours the valuable milieu of the Debrecen downtown, but modern and energy-saving at the same time. The Hilton Garden Inn brand will offer quite elegant and affordable rooms with award winning catering service as always. The 101 rooms, four-stars hotel will not only bring the comfort and services used in this segment of the Hilton portfolio, but the quality of the LEED-standards also. Realiscon team is responsible for the LEED-qualification besides the project management and technical supervision, our local office in Debrecen coordinates the job. The construction works is by A-Híd Zrt, the design was made by the BORD Architectural Studio.
