The Renovation of Three Corners Hotel Anna
Three Corners Hotel Anna in Budapest has always been one of the most promising properties of the Three Corners Hotels & Resorts group. In 2022, the developer decided to launch a comprehensive refurbishment and expansion program to further elevate its position on the hospitality market.
Thanks to our successful cooperation during the Avenue Hotel project, Realiscon was entrusted with Design Management, Quality Supervision, Project Management, and Technical Support. The general design was carried out by Hélis Kft., while interior design was led by Csilla Kelemen. Realiscon joined the project in Q2 2023, at the design phase, while construction works began in March 2024 with Meto Kft. as the main contractor.
During the works the hotel was fully closed to guests, enabling a complete renovation of all guest rooms, which were refreshed with new surfaces and finishes. The common areas underwent a more thorough redesign, and the building was expanded with an additional top floor, adding new guest rooms and operational spaces. This structural extension followed the original architectural character, ensuring a seamless integration.
Upon reopening, Three Corners Hotel Anna offers upgraded services and vibrant, modern social spaces. As the property targets the younger generation of travelers, it was essential to embrace the latest design trends. Bright colors, playful accents, and stylish interiors now define the lobby and restaurant. In addition, the inner courtyard was fitted with a retractable pergola above the terrace, extending the restaurant’s capacity throughout the year.
The project did not only focus on aesthetics and functionality but also embraced sustainability. The heating and cooling system of the rear building wing was modernized, while solar panels were installed on the rooftop to reduce the hotel’s environmental footprint.
After receiving its occupancy permit in March 2025, Three Corners Hotel Anna is once again ready to welcome guests – now offering a refreshed look, enhanced comfort, and an atmosphere shaped by the very latest hospitality trends. Key Facts
