The 3.3-hectare development aims to create high-comfort, exclusive residences while preserving the site’s natural and historic character. The project includes four ten-unit apartment buildings—40 homes in total—along with the renovation of two heritage villas and the construction of three new villas, all set within landscaped gardens and supported by modern infrastructure.
During construction, AA+ energy-rated smart homes equipped with heat-pump and solar technology are being built, combining advanced systems with low operating costs.
