As part of the fifth phase of the BudaPart urban development, the 20,145 m² “L” building was completed as one of the most iconic residential projects of the neighborhood. Its uniqueness lies not only in the 140 luxury apartments and three commercial units but also in its prime riverside location, offering direct views of the Danube and stunning panoramas of Budapest. The building consists of two underground levels with 145 parking spaces, a ground floor, and 18 upper floors, reaching a height of 67.78 meters. Its twisted façade and continuous balconies create a striking architectural presence, while the interiors feature premium finishes, integrated ceiling heating and cooling systems, and a refined lobby that evokes the feel of a boutique hotel.
Realiscon accompanied the development from start to finish, providing cost management, project management, design supervision, and technical supervision. Over the three-year project period, we ensured strict cost control and precise scheduling, working closely with the construction team to deliver at the highest standards.
