As part of the fifth phase of the BudaPart urban development, the 20,145 m² “L” building was completed as one of the most iconic residential projects of the neighborhood. The building consists of two underground levels with 145 parking spaces, a ground floor, and 18 upper floors, reaching a height of 67.78 meters. Realiscon accompanied the development from start to finish, providing cost management, project management, design supervision, and technical supervision. Over the three-year project period, we ensured strict cost control and precise scheduling, working closely with the construction team to deliver at the highest standards.
