Lively Streets in a New Riverside District

Budapart is one of Budapest’s largest urban developments, where the ground floors of residential buildings are gradually transformed into cafés, shops, and service spaces, creating a vibrant community along the Danube.
Since 2021, Realiscon has supported the developer, Property Market, in delivering these retail units. Acting as the landlord’s technical representative, we review tenant fit-out plans, supervise construction, and coordinate between the developer and the tenants—each working with their own contractors.
The variety of functions is remarkable: pharmacies, cafés, pizzerias, fitness studios, beauty salons and more are being established to serve the growing neighborhood. Although each unit is relatively small, the overall task is complex. Different uses require tailored technical solutions, and the involvement of multiple independent contractors demands continuous communication and flexible coordination.
While functions, sizes, and tenant requirements vary, one goal remains constant: to ensure that every retail space is completed to a high technical standard and integrates seamlessly into Budapart’s evolving urban character.
