Business Center 140 is a nine-storey, 15,770 m² office building completed in 2003, located on the Váci Road corridor, one of Budapest’s main business districts.
The Etyo Group commissioned us to carry out a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in preparation for a potential property transaction. Our responsibilities included a detailed survey of the building’s technical condition, verification of the completeness and legality of the available documentation, identification of technical deficiencies, and the prioritisation of required refurbishments with related cost estimates. The timely information and recommendations we provided offered a solid basis for investment decisions and supported the development strategy effectively.
