Located in Festetics Street, right next to Budapest’s Keleti Railway Station, the Campanile Hotel Budapest is an important element of the district’s ongoing rehabilitation. The excellent transport connections make it the ideal location for a medium-sized hotel, designed primarily for transit passengers – especially younger travellers – while still offering high-quality services. The 3,400 sqm, ground floor + 7-story building with two basement garage levels will provide 88 guest rooms, a lobby, bar and restaurant, all complemented by a green terrace.

The project started in 2021 but was halted at structural stage in 2022. In the summer of 2025 the investor restarted construction, with completion expected by Q4 2026. Realiscon supports the development through project management and technical supervision, focusing on optimizing technical solutions, continuously monitoring cost implications, and integrating the requirements of the selected brand (Campanile).

Ensuring long-term value is a key goal, with sustainability at its core: as part of this, we prepared a LEED feasibility study to provide the client with a clear basis for deciding on future certification.
