Precision in the Service of Animal Health

The expansion of Ceva-Phylaxia’s facility in Monor aims to increase the company’s veterinary vaccine manufacturing capacity. The project includes the construction of approximately 8,000 sqm of new production space, comprising a new manufacturing building and a dedicated utility building. The new facility will enable the production of multi-component inactivated veterinary vaccines as well as fermentation-based antigen manufacturing.

Construction commenced at the end of 2024, and Realiscon joined the ongoing project in May 2026, providing architectural, mechanical and electrical technical supervision, together with fire safety consultancy services.

Engineering Precision in a Highly Specialised Environment

Facilities designed for veterinary vaccine manufacturing require considerably higher technical standards than conventional industrial developments. The new building incorporates pharmaceutical cleanroom technology, where every stage of construction must comply with stringent quality and regulatory requirements. The coordination of multiple engineering disciplines, the integration of mechanical and electrical building systems, and the installation of specialised technologies are all essential to the successful delivery of the project.

Realiscon joined the project following the completion of the structural works, as the interior fit-out and specialist installations were getting underway. Our role is to ensure that the completed facility fully meets the client’s technical requirements and quality expectations.

Scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, the new production facility represents an important milestone in Ceva-Phylaxia’s Hungarian operations. We are proud to contribute to a project where engineering precision and high construction quality directly support the future of animal health.
