Residential Park on the Svábhegy Hilltop

Eötvös 12 is a residential development in Budapest’s 12th district, located on the top of Svábhegy, within a 3.5-hectare landscaped plot with mature trees. The project comprises 107 apartments across seven buildings. Its centerpiece is the listed main building from 1927, originally built as a sanatorium, with art deco features. The historic façade is being restored to its original character, while spacious apartments and community areas are created inside. Around it, six new villas with modern architectural design are under construction, blending into the green surroundings.
The residential complex will also include lifestyle services such as a digital access system, fitness and yoga facilities, a business lounge, reception, and 24/7 security. The developer is White Star Real Estate, with architectural design by Tiba Architects Studio.
Realiscon joined the project in November 2023 as technical supervisor, overseeing the construction progress and ensuring that the developer’s technical requirements are consistently met.
