Technical and Environmental Due Diligence for Future-Proof Decisions

In 2018, the Hungarian subsidiary of Haberkorn Fairtool – Austria’s market-leading technical wholesaler – decided to acquire a new property in Budapest to meet its growing logistics and office needs. Realiscon was commissioned to carry out a full Technical and Environmental Due Diligence (TDD, EDD) of a logistics park on Tündérfürt Street.

Our task was to provide effective support in assessing and evaluating the property most suitable to the client’s requirements. The review covered architectural and engineering systems, potential environmental impacts, and both short- and medium-term development and operational costs. Importantly, the assessment also considered the client’s future growth and anticipated needs, ensuring long-term usability and efficiency.
