Hotel Puro Budapest 4-star
HOTEL DEVELOPMENT
Where Detail Defines Experience
Launched in 2024 as the first Hungarian development of the Polish Puro Hotels group, the construction of Puro Hotel Budapest is set to be completed in Q2 2026. Located on Paulay Ede Street, just off Andrássy Avenue within a UNESCO World Heritage district, the project aims to deliver a four-star hotel with more than 200 rooms that blends seamlessly into the historic urban fabric while offering a modern hospitality experience.
Beyond its guest rooms, the hotel will feature a restaurant, café, bar, conference facilities, as well as spa, wellness, and fitness amenities. The façade, clad in stone and designed with contemporary architectural details, harmonises with its surroundings while reflecting the building’s urban function. The plot carries historic significance: it was once home to a building designed by József Hild in the mid-19th century, later expanded with an extensive cellar system.
The construction comes with unique challenges, including the narrow site conditions of infill development, the presence of historic remains, and the constraints of downtown logistics. Realiscon is providing project management, cost management, and technical supervision, ensuring that the development is delivered to the highest standards of quality.
