At the U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Realiscon was commissioned for two consecutive phases: first to support the design works, then to provide technical supervision during implementation. The challenge and complexity lie in meeting the strict diplomatic security requirements while integrating new functions within an active, fully built urban site. The work demands efficient organization, flawless documentation, and maximum safety—standards we consistently meet.

Phase 1 – Design Works (2019–2021)
In this stage we coordinated the detailed design and permitting process, ensuring full compliance with international OBO standards, internal embassy requirements, and all relevant Hungarian regulations.
Phase 2 – Technical Supervision (2024–2025)
During the construction phase we provide independent technical supervision of the embassy renovations. Operating within rigorous security protocols while the site remains active requires precise scheduling, careful on-site coordination, and comprehensive documentation—capabilities that Realiscon delivers with reliability.
