At the beginning of June, Realiscon once again participated in Property X in Balatonfüred, one of the most important annual meeting points for Hungary’s real estate industry. The event brings together developers, investors, consultants, operators and market experts to discuss the trends shaping the future of the sector.
Keeping with tradition, our Managing Partner, Zsolt Hintenberger MRICS, PMP, arrived at the conference by bicycle from Budapest, while our Business Growth Lead, Tímea Fazekas, MRICS, joined the community run organised alongside the event before the professional programme got underway.
This year’s presentations and panel discussions focused on the outlook for the real estate market. The overall sentiment was cautiously optimistic, with positive expectations expressed across several market segments. Hospitality and retail were identified among the sectors most likely to see renewed growth in the near term, while participants also highlighted the importance of economic performance, secure energy supply and a predictable regulatory environment in supporting future market expansion.
Beyond the professional programme, Property X once again provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with industry partners, exchange experiences and discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the real estate sector.
