The execution team Market Építő made an excellent quality job with all the high-leveled materials which were designed to this premium athmosphere by Óbuda Építész Stúdió. The project started yet in 2021. Realiscon was responsible for project management, cost management, design supervision, and technical supervision. It took some time, but the goal wasn’t less than to create a special luxury environment for 140 flats, 3 commercial units, and all the related parking spaces on 18,500 sqm in total on 21 levels. Spacious flats were designed with large balconies, equipped with smart services and premium materials. One third of the parking places provides electric chargers. The location is not only a popular scene with a unique social destination but extremely spectacular in itselfs – the L building image creates a matching remarkable setting.
