Sustainability and Innovation on Váci Road
The development of H²Offices, a 67,000 m² office complex by Skanska, began in 2020 along Budapest’s Váci Corridor. The project is one of the most significant office developments in Hungary, combining architectural excellence with cutting-edge sustainability goals.
Realiscon joined the project in 2024, during its second phase, providing Technical Supervision, LEED Commissioning, and LEED Consultancy services. For us, it is an honor to contribute to such an ambitious development that places sustainability and user well-being at the highest standards.
The first unit of the three-building complex has already been completed. Now, with the construction of the second, 22,200 m² building, the vision of ARROW Architects (Denmark) is becoming even more apparent: a design that connects the architectural masses with the surrounding urban landscape and the green courtyard in between. The general designer is STUDIO IN-EX Építészeti és Mérnöki Zrt.
The second unit is set to raise the bar in quality, sustainability, and innovation, using the most advanced building methods and energy management solutions to ensure the well-being of its future users. The developer aims to achieve prestigious certifications, including LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, Access4You Gold, WiredScore, and SmartScore.
Currently, Fitout Zrt., the general contractor, is finalizing the groundworks, with foundation construction in progress. Step by step, the project is moving closer to becoming one of Budapest’s most forward-looking office environments.
