We are working on a new building to improve the students’ possibilities and the educational performance at Lauder Javne School.
Realiscon is responsible for the desing management and project management, the cost management and the technical supervison also while the design was made by the Tiba Architects Studio. The best timing to start the actual work on field was the end of the school year, so the implementer company EB Hungary Invest Kft. ’s team arrived in the middle of June to the Budakeszi út site. The concept of the new building is defined mainly by the existing buildings and the area of the hillside where they are located. The new unit will contain a gymnasium and several classrooms. Since the job will be done in an operating school, it is quite important to separate the work zone well for safety reasons, but to provide chance for the kids to see what’s happening. We prepare small peek holes to make them able to watch the construction process.
