The developer HelloParks aims to reach the „Outstanding” qualification that matches with EU taxonomy regulations also. This level of BREEAM is not usual in the case of a logistics building, but our client hello Parks aspires to make it more common. The Realiscon Green Team proudly participates in this challenge to collect all the possible credit points with a highly advanced planning and implementing.
The works are just started in Alsónémedi for a 60,000 sqm „Big Box Building” with the design stage. The other parts of the project are running at Páty already. For the BREEAM New Construction objectives not only the building is getting designed environmentally friendly with innovative facilities, but the surroundings will be exceptionally conscious also. The green zone around the construction will got a multi-leveled plant system to provide home for different animal species and help diversity. Inside the building energy efficient LED-lighting, renewable energy sources like solar panels, water-saving equipments will be installed and guaranteed recycling methods will be used. The finishing of the project is expected in the first half of 2024. We hope many ambitious jobs like this in the future!
