An important milestone has been reached at H2Offices Phase II, developed by Skanska: on 29 April, the project celebrated its topping-out ceremony, marking the completion of the structural frame at its highest point.
The 22,200 sqm development, one of the key office projects on Budapest’s Váci Corridor, is progressing not only vertically, but also in terms of completion, with installation of the glass façade systems already underway on the lower floors.
Realiscon is contributing to the development through #technicalsupervision, LEED commissioning, and LEED advisory services, supporting the project’s high technical and sustainability ambitions.
